Asseto Mobile is a progressive web app (PWA). It opens at m.useasseto.com in any phone browser and installs to the home screen in two taps — no Play Store, no App Store, no APK file and no waiting for a review. Same account, same workspace and same data as the desktop app.
No IT instructions, no file to distribute and no device enrollment. You share one address and the team is in.

On Android and Chrome the app offers to install itself. On iPhone, open the Share menu in Safari and choose “Add to Home Screen”.
Use the Asseto account you already have. The app stays signed in, opens full screen without a browser bar, and switches between your workspaces and collections.
Point the camera at an asset tag and the item record opens instantly. Manual code entry and a torch toggle are there for badly lit storage rooms.
Take a photo with the camera or pick one from the gallery, upload it, and it stays attached to the item record for the whole team.
The same workflow actions as on desktop — assign, return, transfer, send to service, mark lost, retire — driven by the collection template.
Search by name, code or serial number, filter by status or low stock, and open the full item record with its history.
Totals, per-status tiles, what needs attention and recent activity, in a layout made for a phone screen.
The mobile app follows the same language and appearance choices as the rest of Asseto.
No store account, no APK passed around in chat and no device enrollment. A seasonal worker or an outside contractor can start in a minute.
Updates arrive the moment they are released. No fleet of phones stuck on an old build and no reminders to update.
The app shell is cached locally, so it opens quickly and keeps working through a weak signal — without the footprint of a store app.
The mobile app talks to the same backend as the desktop app. What a technician changes in the warehouse is on the manager’s screen right away.
Once the app is on the home screen you can allow push notifications, so events like a new assignment or an equipment check request arrive as an ordinary phone notification — even while the app is closed. In-app and email notifications keep working exactly as before, and every channel can be switched on or off per workspace.
